a.the exact quantity of CD's you wish to order;
b.Your name and complete mailing address.
2.To make it easy for you, please print out the order form and fill it out by
completing all the requested information including the shipping cost. Please mail the
completed order form along with a money order or bank draft in U.S. funds payable to
WoodenStone Music at the address indicated on the printable order form.
SHIPPING TO U.S.A. AND CANADA :
Most orders will be shipped via the post office (1-2 weeks).
Orders usually ship within 24 hrs, except for check payments, the shipment will be after check clearance.
Slight delays may occur due to weekends and holidays.
